Knowledge transfer is not just the transfer of information – it is a combination of sharing real work practices and allowing contextual learning, which allows trainees to assimilate the material better. We leverage on best practice models of train the trainer, as well as workshop based learning to assist people to derive an intuitive sense of the IP. Further, conducting remote recorded video sessions with helpdesk access, allows people to learn on their own pace while being able to seek focused assistance.
